Clean and friendly, great refreshments for waiters. The service department at the BMW of Jackson is horrible. My service right I never got back with me with continuous service that was recommended on the BMW X7 of mine. Never returned any phone calls. And I t My service right I never got back with me with continuous service that was recommended on the BMW X7 of mine. Never returned any phone calls. And I tried to reach the service department for three consecutive days and wasn't able to get anyone regardless of the hour that I called. I even thought about going to another BMW dealership. The closest one is in Louisiana three hours away. The service department and their customer service there is horrible. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone that I care about. More
