Took my car there to get minor repairs. It has now been 5 1/2 weeks and they are still not finished with my car. On top of that they refused to lend me a loaner vehicle. Went there to have them show me how everything worked in my x5 that I bought at another dealership that was not knowledgeable about the product and since I didn't buy it there they wanted to charge me $300 my x5 that I bought at another dealership that was not knowledgeable about the product and since I didn't buy it there they wanted to charge me $300 to show me their products features, wow! I will never buy or take my vehicle there and would not recommend anyone taking their car there. More
