Awful!!! Nightmare!!! It always takes over 3 hours. Oil change? 3 hours. Tire rotation? 3 hours. Anything? 3 hours. Not sure what the issue is but I hate this place. Turns out the said all needed to be changed. I figured they know what's best so I agreed. Big mistake. Spent $800. No loaner bc it's not CPO. Following month radiator goes out. They want upward of $4000 to fix it!! Advice? Never get repairs here. They have ALWAYS found me a new problem each time I have been there. This place sucks!!! More
Bad maintenance service I come here to replace 4 new tires, they give me two front tires different from two rear tires, they spend 2-3hours for only replace tires! Also i req I come here to replace 4 new tires, they give me two front tires different from two rear tires, they spend 2-3hours for only replace tires! Also i reqired wheel alignment, they are so unprofessional, after the alignment, my car even worse than before, they spend another 2 hours for this. The service staff told me the front control arm should be replaced. After 2 weeks, i go to another bmw delaer near gulfport, they did another wheel alignment and much better than before and they told me the control arm is not necessary to replace. The overall service quality is much better and quicker than the dealer in Jackson. I will never go there again. More

Thank God For This Service Team I originally purchased my BMW in Meridian, and I had received great service from there service department. However, 2 years ago I moved to the Jackson I originally purchased my BMW in Meridian, and I had received great service from there service department. However, 2 years ago I moved to the Jackson area, and I was a bit apprehensive about a new place of service for my vehicle. From the very first time I stepped into this service department until now 2 years later, I have the utmost respect and gratitude for this well rounded service team of professionals. Above and beyond; opened on a holiday to fix my flat tire I cannot express enough gratitude to Herrin-Gear BMW of Jackson. My girlfriend and I were on our way to New Orleans, LA via Monroe, LA for the Labor D I cannot express enough gratitude to Herrin-Gear BMW of Jackson. My girlfriend and I were on our way to New Orleans, LA via Monroe, LA for the Labor Day weekend when the flat tire alarm alerted about 20 minutes outside the city. I was able to temporarily patch the tire with my M-Mobility Kit and start looking for ways to resolve the flat tire. We were able to get ahold of Brett Adams on Sunday evening (after the dealership was closed) and he reached out to Terry Garner, the service manager, regarding our flat tire. Terry came into the dealership Sunday night to get the tire from the parts department and met us Monday morning at 8am (on the holiday) to replace my tire. Let me restate, a full BMW dealership opened on a holiday weekend to replace one customer's flat tire. I was beyond floored at this level of service and sheer helpfulness. We were able to make it New Orleans later Monday afternoon and spend the rest of the day and next in a wonderful city. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for the above and beyond service. More
Told I had an oil leak Took my car in for power steering lines to be replaced on a 328i. Service guy called and wanted $800 dollars to replace two lines and an additional $6 Took my car in for power steering lines to be replaced on a 328i. Service guy called and wanted $800 dollars to replace two lines and an additional $600 to replace a gasket because I had an "active oil leak with a steady drip." Advised I did not have an oil spot in my garage or parking spot at work. Did not think I had a leak. Was told that a catch pan was collecting the oil. Advised I would pick my car up. I did and took it to another repair shop. No oil leak and the charge was a lot less to replace the lines on my power steering pump. More

I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A GOOD REVIEW TO ANY DEALERSHIP - UNTIL NOW! I LIVE OVER 150 MILES AWAY FROM JACKSON, MS.. SO WHEN I FOUND THE CAR I WANTED ONLINE AT HERRIN GEAR BMW IN JACKSON I WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT NEGOTIATING OVER THE TELEPHONE AND THEN DRIVING OVER 150 MILES TO FIND OUT IF THEY WOULD STAND BY THE DEAL. I FULLY EXPECTED THE OLD "BAIT AND SWITCH" ROUTINE; OR THE EQUALLY SINISTER "WE FORGOT TO ADD UNDER BODY COATING TO THE PRICE". WHEN I ARRIVED THE CAR WAS READY, THE PRICE WAS AS DISCUSSED - NOTHING ADDED. WE SIGNED THE PAPERS, MADE THE PURCHASE, RECEIVED A LITTLE TRAINING ABOUT THE CAR AND DROVE OFF IN OUR NEW CAR. IT WAS NICE TO FINALLY FIND PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND CONSCIENTIOUS AUTOMOBILE SALES PEOPLE.. WHEN WE BUY ANOTHER CAR HERRIN GEAR BMW WILL CERTAINLY BE AT THE TOP OF OUR LIST! More
