Yes, brought my 2014 BMW 528i in for lighting issues. They were able to get the lights back on however, I was told I would have to reschedule or bring it back in to get the two headlights malfunctioning They were able to get the lights back on however, I was told I would have to reschedule or bring it back in to get the two headlights malfunctioning notifications off. The job was not complete, have to bring back and get another service fee along with whatever repairs need to be done. More

I had to come back in to the dealership for a problem that they should have addressed when I was there the week before. I couldn't just bring it in the second time because I had to schedule an appointmen that they should have addressed when I was there the week before. I couldn't just bring it in the second time because I had to schedule an appointment. The appointment was at an inconvenient time for me. I feel that they should have made an exception because it was BMW's fault that it wasn't addressed. The problem with the antifreeze coolant still is not fixed. More
