The BMW dealership of Jackson MS is a great dealership, and the service department is top notch. Especially, the service advisor, Adam Gladden. They get you in and out in a timely manner and they take the time out to make sure that you are familiar with the vehicle before you leave the seen. I am rating my advisor, Adam, a 10/10 because he was the only person who stayed professional and saw this through to the end. However, the communication breakdown between the BMW Service department and the only person who stayed professional and saw this through to the end. However, the communication breakdown between the BMW Service department and the Body Shop over the last three years was unacceptable. My car was originally brought in for front-end damage in August 2023. For two years, my left turn signal was intermittent. After three return visits, Adam finally identified the root cause—a faulty pigtail connector—in August 2025. Despite this diagnosis, I was left in a 'waiting game' between departments. When I contacted the Body Shop, they had no record of the part or my history. It wasn't until January 2026, after I drove two hours to the dealership to speak with management in person, that the situation was finally addressed. Once Adam took full control of the case back from the Body Shop, things finally moved. He provided clear instructions, kept me updated during a holiday delay, and ensured I had a loaner vehicle when my insurance rental had to be returned. Adam is the reason I am giving a high score; he understood my frustrations and acted with true professionalism. However, the fact that a simple pigtail repair took nearly three years and required me to drive two hours to force a resolution is a major failure in dealership communication. I am thankful the car is finally fixed, but the Body Shop and Service departments need to fix their internal hand-off process so other customers aren't caught in the crossfire. More
