Vehicle doing the same it was doing when I took to have serviced. Drove vehicle home and drove 2 days later and vehicle overheated which left me and my kids waiting for someone to pick us up. Upon taking b serviced. Drove vehicle home and drove 2 days later and vehicle overheated which left me and my kids waiting for someone to pick us up. Upon taking back to dealership they replaced my coolant tank but not the cap and charged me extra to replace the cap. Terrible More
Excellent service on this last service appointment. I was out of town and the dealership went the extra mile to go to my vehicle to pick it up and take it back to the service center, complete the service was out of town and the dealership went the extra mile to go to my vehicle to pick it up and take it back to the service center, complete the service and return the vehicle to the pickup location so it was there and ready for me when I returned in the middle of the night. Very pleased and I don’t give praise for what is a general expectation. Outstanding More
I had a terrible experience with Herron-Gear BMW in Jackson, MS, I bought my 2009 BMW 328i in for service for a check engine light on, I thought my warranty would cover what was on my check engine ligh Jackson, MS, I bought my 2009 BMW 328i in for service for a check engine light on, I thought my warranty would cover what was on my check engine light Herrin-Gear found so many issues that the warranty company wouldn’t cover them all they kept my car for close to a week waiting for the my warranty company who denied all the claims they made except for one, the only thing out of the five things was wrong was a faulty washer pump that cost $25.72 but cost me $533.87 to installed I had to pay $342.09 out of pocket, it did stop there the service manager Adam Gladden lied about having the car cleaned having the loose under carriage under my car taking out, and turning off my seatbelt light. I don’t want to take my car back there, the prices for parts and labor or so inflated the warranty company will refuse to pay leaving me holding the bag. Adam you lied to me and I will not trust what you say. I hope you will not have the terrible experience with the service department at Herrin gear BMW that I had I am a retired disabled veteran, I asked for a discount Adam with no remorse refused he did not care for the customer and by the way my engine light is still on. More

Herring Gear BMW fixed my wiper pump and changed my oil. I left the car overnight since they had to order the part. They called me before lunch the next day to pick up my car.
