Told I had an oil leak Took my car in for power steering lines to be replaced on a 328i. Service guy called and wanted $800 dollars to replace two lines and an additional $6 Took my car in for power steering lines to be replaced on a 328i. Service guy called and wanted $800 dollars to replace two lines and an additional $600 to replace a gasket because I had an "active oil leak with a steady drip." Advised I did not have an oil spot in my garage or parking spot at work. Did not think I had a leak. Was told that a catch pan was collecting the oil. Advised I would pick my car up. I did and took it to another repair shop. No oil leak and the charge was a lot less to replace the lines on my power steering pump. More

Took my car there to get minor repairs. It has now been 5 1/2 weeks and they are still not finished with my car. On top of that they refused to lend me a loaner vehicle. Absolutely the worst experience of my 1/2 weeks and they are still not finished with my car. On top of that they refused to lend me a loaner vehicle. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. More
