Did good job replacing tires. Did not wash car. When asked for shuttle service pick up, waited and hour and half when was told I should hear from the driver in 15 to 30 minutes. Ended up taking Lyft to asked for shuttle service pick up, waited and hour and half when was told I should hear from the driver in 15 to 30 minutes. Ended up taking Lyft to go back to dealership since I did not want to wait any longer. Poor service overall and would not recommend to others nor will I be using the dealership again. More
