What every dealership should keep in mind is that you are only as good as your personnel. In my service case, the personnel had no or very little experience in customer service. The only words spoken to me is that you are 10 minutes late for your appointment ( mind you I drove an hour in a storm to get there.) then the person said I need your key. When my service was complete he said, “ here’s your key, sign this, and your car is parked out in the parking lot. He shared no information about the service status of my car, he didn’t even reset my service notice, now my car is constantly saying my service is overdue. This is the person your customers see and interact with when coming to your dealership. More
