Never ceases to amaze I've been a repeat customer of Zimbrick BMW for quite a few years. Throughout these years I've never gotten anything short of excellent service. It's been apparent that their first and foremost priority is the customer's best interest. Matt Hoffman, the "face" of Zimbrick BMW whenever I go there has gone above and beyond in his efforts to ensure I get the best service possible. It's that type of service that keeps me coming back whether it's to service my car or to buy a replacement. I highly recommend this dealership mark my word you won't regret it. More

At my recent visit I experienced excellence all along the way. I was checked in quickly and given a loaner car promptly. The work was done on time and with excellence. And when it came time to check out I realized it was all covered by my maintenance plan! Dealing with them is a wonderful experience. More
Excellent service I had scheduled an appointment to have my snow tires switched out and was planning on waiting at the dealership while the work was preformed. As I re I had scheduled an appointment to have my snow tires switched out and was planning on waiting at the dealership while the work was preformed. As I reached the waiting area my service advisor Mike Baumeister approached me and said my car was due for oil, new spark plugs etc. and they would do that service that day. He had a loaner car waiting for me ready for me to go about my day as my service was being completed. That to me is excellent service. We are a family with 4 vehicles 2 of those being BMW's, an X5M and a 7 Series. one of the others is a Range Rover which is also a favorite however, the service for that vehicle has been less than average. And for that reason I will ALWAYS drive a BMW!! More

Treated better than family! Last fall I purchased a 2008 M3 which I fell in love with the moment I saw and drove the car. Then I put the car into storage for the Winter. Bringing it out for the Summer months I had Zimbrick BMW give the car a "once over" and a fresh oil change. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with different ideas on how to best store the vehicle in the future along with a discussion on any upcoming maintenance needs. The previous owner had all his service work provided by Zimbrick so we had access to the maintenance history as well. The staff was very knowledgeable, and even offered to have me set up an appointment with a BMW Genius to make sure I understand all the features that my M# has to offer. All in all it was a wonderful experience. Although I purchased my used BMW elsewhere, I was treated better than family! More

Oil top off leads to a 2017 BMW 340i xDrive I stopped by Zimbrick to get the oil topped off on my 2010 335i and with not much to do with the rest of my day I ended up test driving some cars as I I stopped by Zimbrick to get the oil topped off on my 2010 335i and with not much to do with the rest of my day I ended up test driving some cars as I am always looking. First I took out a 2017 340i xdrive that was loaded and was an M-Sport with a 6sp and the MPPSK package. Let me tell you, that exhaust is intoxicating on its own much less being tuned and having an ultra rare 6sp which are all must haves for me. The car drove great and I really liked it. Then I drove a 2016 M4 w/DCT which is a whole other level. The exhaust, the power, great car. I use my car as a daily driver and require a 6sp and I wanted to lease this time, so the 340i was my choice. After running the numbers and negotiating, which was a pleasant experience, we came to an agreement and I took it home getting a great car for a great price. More

The body shop is terrible and my X5 looked worse when returned! My brakes have squealed since day 1 and its really embarassing when you drive a BMW! More

Upon arrival, Stacy was ready to accept my car and had a loaner vehicle already in place. The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. My X3 recall was completed and ready for us to take home on the promised day. Everyone was so nice and friendly! More
