As usual I was greeted cheerfully and was impressed by the knowledge and attentio I recently brought in my 1996 Z3 for its annual spring maintenance. As usual I was greeted cheerfully and was impressed by the knowledge and attention paid during my visit. Stacy acknowledged all of my concerns / questions regarding including reviewing the status of another BMW regarding airbag replacement. My Z3 was running good when I brought it in for routine service and I was really pleased to notice how much better it worked when I drove it home. Thanks again Zimbrick BMW. More

Best Sevice Experience Ever Not only were the drive belts replaced quickly, the car was washed, interior vacuumed, and the mats were never cleaner. They even applied tire black! Incredible service I have had nothing but the most amazing service experiences with Zimbrick BMW, despite not having purchased my vehicle here. I barely know where to be I have had nothing but the most amazing service experiences with Zimbrick BMW, despite not having purchased my vehicle here. I barely know where to begin! Brought my vehicle in for its very first service at noon on a weekday. Brian took the time to sit down and get me set up in the system and offered me a loaner car to get back to work, even though the service was only going to take an hour or so. Impressed already. When I came back to pick up the car, I was told there was a small part that was recalled and needed to be replaced. He said he could have the part sent overnight. We set up a time the next day to bring the car back and have this done. Again, despite being a short procedure, I was offered a loaner car to get back to work. Brian called me to say that, unfortunately, the small issue was a larger one, and several components would have to be replaced. And, also unfortunately, those parts need to come from Germany and it will be several days to wait for them. Rather than having to go back to the dealership, however, Brian asked if I would like to keep the car for the entire duration while we wait for the parts to arrive -- Wow! Saved me time and gave me piece of mind, and couldn't be more impressed with the generosity of the offer. During my time driving the loaner car, a light on the dashboard went off -- "Flat tire". Couldn't have come at a worse time, as I was on my way out of town for a very important meeting. My heart sank. I called Zimbrick right away, as I was near, and had a replacement loaner car within 10 minutes. Made it to the meeting on time. AND I was told "no charge" for the incident -- they'll take care of it, no problem. WHAT?! Can this GET any more amazing?? Yes it can! I was called on Friday and told my vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, I was out of town until the following Tuesday. "No problem, keep the loaner car and swing by when you're back" When I came in Tuesday afternoon to get my car, it turns out that it was kept in the service area, inside, the entire weekend. AND someone had taken the time to not just wash the car for me, but *detail* it, inside and out. Tire black on the wheels, Armor-all on the dash. I was floored. And all this, despite me not having purchased my vehicle at Zimbrick. I will be a lifetime customer from now on! More

The process and Sean, the salesperson were very agreeable, and with the research I did, I thought the price was fair and competitive. Both cars are very nice, and we're completely happy with them so far. We've only used the service department for minor stuff, but what we needed was done quickly and right. Since warranty and maintenance are covered for the life of the lease, and they want us back for fresh ones when it expires, I don't expect any hassles. The service area is out in the middle of the showroom, if that makes a difference, and for the price of the cars they could have a little better class of drinks and snacks, but Audi, Mercedes and Porsche are right across the street, so if you're stuck on a long service wait, you can wander over and see what they have. BMW logo paraphernalia is a rip, but if you're into that kind of flash, you probably don't care More

Had my steering rack replaced for 3000 dollars had issues next morning with feeling like there was no power steering for first few minutes told me it was a bad steering shaft joint. If it was a bad steering joint this would happen all the time which it did not. Update: Matt then proceeded to call me back about an houe or so later and said it did not need it. His ethics to try and sell me something that was not needed and unecessary puts a very bad taste in my mouth about this company. He is definetly a crook and should not be working for zimbrick. I will tell every single person I know about this plave and how they treat there customers. Please watch out these guys and especially Matt will try and scam you. These guys are crooks and will be taking correct action as this is totally wrong More
Will Buy a Lexus Next Time After being a loyal Lexus customer for 20 years, I purchased my first BMW from Zimbrick. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle at After being a loyal Lexus customer for 20 years, I purchased my first BMW from Zimbrick. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle at delivery. I expected a brand new $100K 7 series BMW to be spotless upon delivery. This wasn't the case. The floor mats were stained and the interior needed a good cleaning. As this car was a display model "on the floor" with considerable amount of people sitting in the vehicle, I understood how the vehicle interior was in need of cleaning. As I was in a hurry to take delivery, I chose to overlook this issue. My second experience was with the scheduling of body work via the Zimbrick internet site. After receiving no response for several days, I contacted them and was advised they were having trouble with the internet site. Again, I chose to overlook this issue. The crowning blow came this morning. I took my car in for a service appointment. Having been accustomed to "Lexus" quality service, I was disappointed to receive the car back without a complimentary car wash. In fact, the car's windshield was in worse shape than when I took it in for service. Apparently, the service tech checked the windshield washers and smeared the windshield and didn't bother to wipe the windshield clean. I guess I am expecting too much to think Zimbrick would provide a complimentary car wash. Any time one of my Lexus vehicles was in for any type of service, Brookfield Lexus always returned my vehicle in "spotless" condition. As a side note, when I couldn't get the appointment for body work scheduled with Zimbrick, I took the car to Knauz BMW in Lake Bluff, IL to be repaired. Not surprisingly, when I picked it up from Knauz, the car was freshly washed and cleaned! I will start using Knauz for my service work and definitely buy my next BMW from them! I don't recommend Zimbrick! More
