Dealership service department didn’t find the source of my discharge battery replaced battery. Picked car up after hours still same problem. Returned next morning received call later stating the water pump More

Generic response. Are y’all going to reimburse me for money spent on battery that was not needed? This is the second time that you have not properly diagnosed the problem. A call would be the best response rather than a email. Can’t really say I would do business again.
