Was mistaken as to service hours.Service Manager corrected my error.He further explained a manpower issue making it difficult to be immediately responsive to my calls! .My youngest son had an alarm ,(Trouble Light) .A EE engineering at URI not a car guy ,was very concerned Drove the X3 to the shop where a defective thermostat was replaced. NO CHARGE!!! Regards FPA Esq. Thanks again
