The experience was less than what someone should expect at a BMW dealer. First red flag was being told the car was $1,500 above the listed price since I wasn’t financing. Initially I was told to get down there because someone else was looking at the car too, so I get down there in an hour or so, told had to pick it up by Wednesday because of all the interest to only go to pick it up and being told they just inspected it and it needs a new tire that’ll take 3 days. So we’ll see when the car shows up… More

Staff was pleasant. Performed an oil change, checked tires, and air. Waited 2.5 hours. Asked for wash and vacuum. Only wash done.
