BMW Of Newport made the maintenance service very easy and even being on Cape Cod 70 miles away it seamless. Loaner car was new and clean and driver was very polite and helpful. My car was in for a safety recall. Check in was normal/ok and as planned I waited for the car. I was told the work would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours, when I asked. I got the car back after Check in was normal/ok and as planned I waited for the car. I was told the work would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours, when I asked. I got the car back after 2 1/2 hours and my service representative only provided updates when I found him and asked. Not the excellent service I expected and have had in the past from BMW of Newport.
