Staff was pleasant. Performed an oil change, checked tires, and air. Waited 2.5 hours. Asked for wash and vacuum. Only wash done. Did not reset oil change digital marker More

They were very professional and serviced the car but didn't do any unnecessary repairs. They worked hard to get the car serviced as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!!! More

No one answers the service center phone for days eventually called Sales an assistant Mgr. handled my query and quite crisply instructed me to bring the X3 to the shop as it had a trouble light! More

Was mistaken as to service hours.Service Manager corrected my error.He further explained a manpower issue making it difficult to be immediately responsive to my calls! .My youngest son had an alarm ,(Trouble Light) .A EE engineering at URI not a car guy ,was very concerned Drove the X3 to the shop where a defective thermostat was replaced. NO CHARGE!!! Regards FPA Esq. Thanks again
