My car was in for a safety recall. Check in was normal/ok and as planned I waited for the car. I was told the work would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours, when I asked. I got the car back after Check in was normal/ok and as planned I waited for the car. I was told the work would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours, when I asked. I got the car back after 2 1/2 hours and my service representative only provided updates when I found him and asked. Not the excellent service I expected and have had in the past from BMW of Newport.
