I gave them one star because I had to with this app. AWFUL! They lied, cheated, added things i TOLD THEM I did not want. I took the car because I had no choice but am thinking of other options. I have never made a negative rating in my life but I cannot and will not allow this to go Without a response. Take it for what you will but this is my fourth BMW 5 series and this was the worst experience ever. If anyone disregards this post good luck! More
