Outstanding service professional in Jeff Dosreis who has consulted me and serviced my 3 BMW’s over the last 10 years. My older, out of warranty, X5 arrived for service on a flat bed and Jeff with the techn consulted me and serviced my 3 BMW’s over the last 10 years.
