An “inconvenience”? This was so much more than an “inconvenience”. We drove an unregistered car for a full week while you continued to tell us the registration was “held up at the motor vehicle department”. That was a lie. As we learned, you were not “waiting on the RMV” as you repeatedly said for a week because you couldn’t take it to the RMV without the title. You sold us a “certified” car, at a premium, that you did not have title to and that had a large dent in its roof. Mark Grenga is fully aware of this situation, has to be embarrassed by it, and, if he cared, he would be reaching out to us. Instead, he sold us a car at a premium that his dealership didn’t own and then told lie after lie about “hold ups at the RMV” as they desperately tried to obtain the title….all the while we were driving the car illegally. This is wrong on so many fronts and the premium we paid for a” BMW certified car” that had a dent on the roof that we found by looking out a second floor window the day we arrived home made this experience even worse. It was simply unethical on multiple fronts.
