Justin Moniz was informed, patient, helpful, perfect for us. Well before the 2019 model we wanted was available Justin had done his homework, knew its features, how it differed from the 2018 equivalent. He was Well before the 2019 model we wanted was available Justin had done his homework, knew its features, how it differed from the 2018 equivalent. He was never pushy yet he was appropriately enthusiastic about important new-to-2019 features. When the model made it to BMW of Newport Justin spent an amazing amount of time with us showing us this and that, explaining the complexities, and joining us while we drove a route he knew and recommended for its curves and lack of traffic, While in many ways the car we got, a BMW 330i, "sold itself," without doubt Justin's quiet wisdom, knowledge and enthusiasm made the whole experience better and we left knowing that should we have additional questions or if we had problems Justin would be there for us. He clearly takes great pride in his work, as well he should. Nicholas Beekman knows his stuff, and knows his audience - he gave us a thorough crash course in how to use more or less all of the electronics and other features of our car, showing patience and humor. And Dimitriy processed the paperwork for our lease rapidly and competently. He too was a pleasure to work with (only reason we say no more about Dimitriry is that his work was so competent and behind the scenes that we only can say he did an excellent job and our brief interaction was fun .
