I was at the end of my second BMW lease when I decided to look into BMW of Newport. I was extremely pleased back then in 2010 and was not at all hestitant to return when my third BMW lease ended earlier thi look into BMW of Newport. Jason Choquette, the sales manager, was more than amenable and worked diligently to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Justin Moniz, client advisor, was also extremely easy to deal with, even traveling to my workplace to complete paperwork for the lease. I was thrilled to learn that all financial documents would be complete before I even responded to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle. When I did arrive at BMW of Newport, Justin was especially patient in explaining the features of my new vehicle. He was patient and polite, and he more than adequately addressed all my questions and concerns. In addition, Justin has followed up with me since I picked up my vehicle. I looked for a long while for the specific BMW that I wanted and visited all the dealerships in the area and found three cars at various dealerships. Her was personable and also photographed the car I was interested in and sent me a copy of the actual sticker which made it easy for me to compare options to others that I had seen. He was not pushie and had a nice new approach to selling a vehicle. He made me feel very comfortable. We arrived on a price of the vehicle that I bought from him in a nice way. There was no pressure. Mark actually drove to my home and delivered my new BMW and offered to meet me at any time to show me things that I had questions on. This is such a nice BMW dealership.
