We found ourselves at BMW of Newport to see a particular car we saw on their website. Once we arrived, that car had been sold but there was another model we were interested in proudly displayed on the showroom floor. Mark Torolani introduced himself and we discussed BMWs for a while. Mark was enthusiastic about the cars which made the experience very enjoyable. He introduced us to Jason, who was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and also quite enthusiastic. After a very exciting test drive, my husband and I left the dealership to discuss our options. We live over an hour from BMW of Newport. We made the decision to move forward with the purchase and Mark and Jason made it extremely easy to get all the paperwork and details figured out prior to picking up the car. Mark even came to my house to bring me to the dealership so I did not have to inconvenience anyone in order to pick up the car. It was easily the most seamless, pleasant experience I have had purchasing a car. The car is fantastic and I would highly recommend BMW of Newport to anyone in the market for these wonderful cars!
