I'm typically quite cynical of car dealerships and salespersons. This place was unbelievably friendly and quickly dissolved my preconceived notions. I dealt with other BMW dealerships and found them to be cold, patronizing and obnoxious. I can't say enough good things about the people at this dealership. High quality! Because of my busy schedule I was not able to visit the dealership so Evan brang the BMW to the house (TWICE) so my wife and daughter could see it. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He returned our phone calls, in a timely manner. This was a great experience at BMW Newport; I was very satisfied with the costumer service and of course, with my new BMW purchase. Wonderful greeting from phone triage receptionist especially this holiday season but Service receptionist needs to smile a bit. My newly purchased used 2001 325xi came with a 2 month warranty and BMW of Newport honored that warranty by taking care of some minor issues as well as some things that were a little more extensive. BMW of Newport went out of their way to be sure I was happy. The people at the service department that helped me, Jeff, Chris, and John were great. As this is the first BMW I've owned, I am so glad I made this purchase. This is the first used car I have ever purchased and I like it better than any car I have previously owned. Everyone I met at the dealership including Jackie, the receptionist, was friendly and curtious. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I love my new 128i convertible! From the moment I first called the dealership, I felt comfortable.
