My newly purchased used 2001 325xi came with a 2 month warranty and BMW of Newport honored that warranty by taking care of some minor issues as well as some things that were a little more extensive. BMW of Newport went out of their way to be sure I was happy. The people at the service department that helped me, Jeff, Chris, and John were great. As this is the first BMW I've owned, I am so glad I made this purchase. This is the first used car I have ever purchased and I like it better than any car I have previously owned. Everyone I met at the dealership including Jackie, the receptionist, was friendly and curtious. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Beginning to end, this was a dream transaction. Having been disappointed by another dealer who had ordered the wrong car, we turned to BMW of Newport and Joanne Monize for help. Joanne persisted mightily until she found the car we wanted (a rare 2010 x5d) in the color we wanted, with all of the equipment we wanted. With the help of her manager, she negotiated a 3-way trade to get the car from a dealer in Connecticut. A colleague picked up the car during the holidays. The shop prepped the car perfectly, and we took delivery in time for the $4K diesel credit on top of an otherwise very attractively priced deal. The finance department beat the best rate and terms I could find, and the service manager dropped me a note to welcome me back (I had purchased two other vehicles from BMW of Newport a few years ago). Joanne and the team behind her provided a level of care and service that are rare, very, very rare. I recommend her and the rest of the crew at BMW of Newport without reservation. More
