Newport BMW does an excellent job selling, servicing, and showing BMW's. I've purchased my last two X5's from this dealership and will continue to use their services as long as I live in the area for the fo showing BMW's. I've purchased my last two X5's from this dealership and will continue to use their services as long as I live in the area for the following reasons: 1. A no stress family atmosphere. There is no pressure to purchase vehicles you are not interested in nor for pricey upsells. Each step of the process is transparent and explained if necessary. On the family side I have a 2 yr old daughter who can be noisy at times and she was not only welcomed by the entire staff they went out of their way to pay attention to her. Keep in mind that I was an easy sell I had purchased before and wanted to purcase again so they were not doing something extraordinary to earn my business they were doing what comes naturally at Newport BMW. 2. Listening to what I want and need. After analyzing my choices I sent the dealer a spreadsheet of vehicles they had access to for potential purchase. They reviewed my list, had the vehicles and information ready and then exceeded my expectations by offering additional vehicles with more features and less cost. This is the service I expect when purchasing a BMW. 3. Ease of purchase. My paperwork and turn-in information on the old vehicle was handled smoothly and efficiently with no hassle. The new BMW was prepped and modified the way I like it prior to leaving the dealer. This dealership - and Frank in particular - listened to the customer. Trusting in their approach to test drives - "take it and try it till you are happy"; trying to locate the EXACT specification car I the customer. Trusting in their approach to test drives - "take it and try it till you are happy"; trying to locate the EXACT specification car I wanted and on not finding one - not wasting time trying to move something on the lot with a "deal" - they got my EXACT spec BMW built and delivered in three weeks flat. With the delaership holding the cards as far as getting me what I wanted - you might have expected them to hold the line on pricing but the car was offered - without asking on my part - at below list. The PDI was sharp - the car was immaculate and the handover and explanation of all features was well done. Definitely recommmend this dealer to others in the area. More

We met Joanne in the showroom on the closing date and she and Rich made the process a very pleasurable experience. I will not go to a competitor for our next car. This dealership has spoiled us! Rich and Joanne made it possible for us to drive away the car we love. I've referred the dealership and Joanne to many of my friends. Professionally, a job well done!
