I visited severl dealerships in the RI, MA, and CT areas in search of a preowned vehicle. There was no high pressure and my questions and concerns were all addressed. I have purchased dozens of vehicle over the past 30 plus years and have never been treated with the professionalism shown at BMW of Newport. This dealership, and again in particular Milton Rodgers, showed a level of customer care that I have not experienced before. Mr. Rodgers began the sale and continued throughout displaying a true caring for my needs and concers and followed up with contact to be sure my wife and I were satisfied with the vehicle. This was my first time buying a car "over the internet". Joanne made it a smooth and simple process. When I got there, the car was clean as could be and looked even better in person then it did in the pictures. Not a flaw on the car and I couldn't be happier.
