He was very up front and transparent about what the dealer could and could not do in terms of negotiating and it provided us a lot of confidence that the dealer was not trying to trick us, confuse us with a lot of numbers, or sell us a bad car. They provided the CarFax report right up front, provided documentation about how long the factory warranty was still valid for, and documentation about how long the CPO warranty was valid for. Ron made sure that we knew about all of the features of the car, which made it easy to compare with some of the other cars that we had looked at. Ron provided all of the information that we needed and then let us make the decision -- no high pressure sales tactics, no trying to convince us to buy a different car that we couldn't afford, no trying to convince us that the car was better than it really is. We felt comfortable working with Ron at this BMW dealership because they were honest and transparent. The experience could not have been more different than what we experienced at another local BMW dealership. During the test drive, we noticed a scratch on the exterior but decided to buy the car anyway. The dealership was able to buff the car until it was barely noticeable before we picked it up. I really appreciate the attention to detail. When we picked it up, Ron made sure our phones were paired to the phone with Bluetooth and that we knew how to configure the presets. Bottom line is that I definitely would buy from Ron and this dealership again. They were honest and transparent through the negotiating process, did not pressure us into buying, and provided confidence that we were buying a good car. More
