BEWARE USED CAR BUYERS!!! This has to be the worst purchasing experience of a used vehicle I ever had. All I can do is forwarn any person even remotely considering purchasing a used vehicle from this purchasing experience of a used vehicle I ever had. All I can do is forwarn any person even remotely considering purchasing a used vehicle from this Cain BMW dealership is to stay as far away from them as possible. The dealership and the sales personnel are very aware of any " lemons" on the lot. If a vehicle has been there for close to 3 months there is a reason. I highly recommend having an outside mechanic not affiliated with the dealership do a complete vehicle check PRIOR to purchase, mechanically and body , for a fee that you will never regret paying for. I did not do this, and regretably the vehicle I purchased is an outright LEMON verified as such by 2 independant licensed mechanic sources. This dealership has refused to take the car back. Go to a dealer who will exchange the car in 30 days if you are not satisified.( Those dealers do exist.) Do not trust their acting and pretended niceness. These guys are there to get your money period. You are nothing to any of them. And if this transaction involves deceit and outright fabrication, it is the norm for these guys or masters of thievery/crooks at Cain! Again, do not trust this dealership. I do not take time to write this type of remark unless it is really necessary and in good conscience the correct thing or path to follow. Guess the Cain money machine will screw the average joe. THIS MISTAKE OF GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS WILL AFFECT YOU IN A NEGATIVE FINANCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. More

I visited at least 15 different dealerships in my search for the right car and right dealership. I found most dealers to have the typical salesmen that I would expect. Greg Haines, from CAIN BMW in North Canton, in contrast to the others, was great to work with from start to finish. He demonstrated courtesy, kindness, competence, knowledge, and professionalism. As a result of this experience, I purchased a new BMW X5. I will recommend the CAIN dealership to others. Also, my initial contact with Steve Martin in parts has also been very positive. I visited three BMW dealerships in my area (NE Ohio); the first(in Akron) was typical salesmen-high pressure environment with old-school mentality price games. The second (Cleveland) didn't seem too motivated to sell me a car. At the first sign of me wanting to negotiate the price down it was almost as if they were done talking to me and at one point actually told me to go to another dealership (after referencing a trade-in value offered to me from their nearest competitor). "That's a good deal, I would take it" are the exact words the salesman told me - this was within my first conversation with them. Never indicated a price match or willingness to move on price whatsoever. So, I took his advice, went to his competitor (Cain in N.Canton) and ordered and brand-new fully loaded X5. Greg from the Cain dealership was very easy to work with, no pressure, no hassles; first-class operation. We did play the price game somewhat but was done tastefully. I would definitely recommend this dealership (as well as vehicle) to anyone who would ask. More

I stopped by Cain BMW to look for an X5 that was advertised. Erik Worley offered the customer service that you can only find at a first class dealership. With his guidance Cain's worked with me on a price and had my car ready when I arrived to pick it up. Everyone was friendly and extrememly professional. John gave excellent customer service by coming in on his day off to test drive the vehicle with me. The dealership personnel were very professional and courteous.
