BMW of Ontario was, by a far amount, the best dealership we've ever dealt with! We drove down from Santa Barbara and visited many BMW dealers up and down California and the Penske Ontario BMW dealership was we've ever dealt with! We drove down from Santa Barbara and visited many BMW dealers up and down California and the Penske Ontario BMW dealership was hands down superior to the others. From the initial inquiry to the final signing; smooth from start to finish. The Sales Advisor David Diaz went above & beyond on everything and made the experience for us downright pleasant. We even hugged him before we left! Sales Manager Byron Valdez and Paul Roman, another sales advisor were also some the most helpful, down-to-earth people we've ever experienced buying a car. Even the Finance Manager, Sarah Shinagawa was so sweet & fun to deal with! Courteous, fast, friendly, fun, genuine, respectful and welcoming. No airs about them. They should be the model other dealerships follow. A week later you guys continue to go above and beyond. Our only disappointment so far is that you guys are too far away!
