At that time, Jerry informed me of additional maintenance that was due on the car, and he also took the time to find applicable discounts to help defray the costs. I’ve had nothing but an excellent customer experience at the Ontario BMW Service department. More

Robert was my Representative this time because my normal person was out (Anthony), Robert did good was pleasant and very knowledgeable, i had to have my brake pads replaced with resurfacing my rotators as w person was out (Anthony), Robert did good was pleasant and very knowledgeable, i had to have my brake pads replaced with resurfacing my rotators as well as an oil change . I do have to share that the labor for the work cost much more then the parts , i will need a second job just for service. LOL More

My experience was awesome! I actually went to that dealership a couple times before my purchase and every time I got with a sales person, I never felt I was pressured, or they I actually went to that dealership a couple times before my purchase and every time I got with a sales person, I never felt I was pressured, or they were too intrusive. They would also provide me the attention and take the time to thoroughly answer my questions even if it meant sitting down with me at their computer to review different things. My sales guy David was excellence and very patient with me on the day of my sale. They took me in the car across the street to finance which I was a bit shocked because I told them I would have walked lol . At the completion of my sale Stephanie throughly explained the options of my new car ( although I forgot half of what she said) lol. I live in Glendora and would prefer going to a dealership close to home but I couldn’t because Ontario BMW definitely gained my trust from the beginning … 5 stars in my book! More
