Will Smith is the only reason I continue to come back to Ontario BMW. The other service reps never follow through or return call. The gentleman always takes that little bit more time to listen to your issue Ontario BMW. The other service reps never follow through or return call. I had a unique issues with my 7 series of which I took there 3 previous times the other service personnel told me they could not help me and to videotape my issue when it happened again. I felt like I was at a Volkswagen dealership not BMW. Will told me to bring it in and would keep the car until issues were solved. Will kept me posted almost everyday and even contacted corporate about my unique issues. After a few days the issue was solved. I had been bringing the car in for the last 6 months with this issue.
