We like the promotion offered! We made appointment for 8:40am, It took 2 1/2 hours to complete. Around the second hour we were told it would be ready in 5 minutes. 25 minutes or more past and my husband c 8:40am, It took 2 1/2 hours to complete. I am giving 5 star just because of one person, James Herzog, He supposed to be BMW product genius, which I guess he is not involved in sales. Who actually should be involved in sales department, Oscar Herzog, He supposed to be BMW product genius, which I guess he is not involved in sales. Who actually should be involved in sales department, Oscar Sanchez was horrible, rude and very unprofessional! As soon as I met him, he didn’t want to help answering questions about the vehicle rather he just wanted to talk numbers and that was that! No smile on his face, seemed very unprofessional, and he basically had every reason to be the worst sales advisor that I’ve dealt with in my entire car purchases experience in my life. I am a business owner and I know for the fact that just by changing a voice tone to the customers can make their day and Oscar Sanchez made my car purchase experience VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! Long story short, James Herzog who is not involved in sales department, was super helpful, very kind, and he was just nice as a person. He had every reason to be a very professional sales employee UNLIKE Oscar Sanchez, who cared nothing but about making sale! I truly believe customer service comes first then sales will automatically comes as follows! I really want to thank James Herzog once again for helping every step of making my car purchase experience very comfortable. If it wasn’t for James, I would have purchased my vehicle somewhere else.
