They made me comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. My sales rep Byron was attentive through out the entire transaction. Answering all my questions and walked me through much of the technology I was My sales rep Byron was attentive through out the entire transaction. Answering all my questions and walked me through much of the technology I was unfamiliar with. Would highly recommend him. My only problem was that he had accidentally been double booked so I had to wait about 45 to work with him. I would definitely go back to BMW of Ontario. More
