Andres was amazing, I will definitely be referring him to people I know looking for a BMW. However, my complaint is with the individual who washed the vehicle. The next day I returned to the dealership and was given 2 mats from the new inventory side and 2 more for the back of the vehicle from the used side. Order new mats period More

Jerry Garcia was excellent! Better customer service. I had to call ernie Hernandez for 2 days without him returning my phone call when I was trying to check on the progress. He was also rude and he made me fell like I was bothering for 2 days without him returning my phone call when I was trying to check on the progress.
