WORST BMW OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, I guess this is the best title for this dealership based on the worst experience that I had with this dealership. Let me share my experience so you can the worst custome best title for this dealership based on the worst experience that I had with this dealership. Let me share my experience so you can the worst customer service experience. For the past couple months I started going to different BMW dealerships to get the price for BMW X5 that I was looking for. I always go to BMW Crevier which I always had great experience and best customer service possible but this time I wanted to check other dealerships to see what I can get for the price. Since I have Costco and I heard about the Costco program I called Costco and they said we have one dealership near you which is BMW of Ontario that they can give you a Costco pricing. Somebody called from BMW of Ontario and I just don't remember the name but I shared my financial situation and told him this is what I pay every month and I can put for the down payment he kept saying a price which was around $50 more and at the end, he round up the price which basically played with numbers and he was like I will tell you something you can either take it or leave it? I was like what? this is how you make the first impression? anyways I ignored him and I remember their internet sales team reached out to me via email and text and after talking to "Oscar Sanchez", he gave a good price and it was reasonable to drive all the way from Irvine, OC to Ontario. I called them on December 12/30 and they said the car is ready and you can come to pick it up. We got there around 7 PM and it took us maybe 2 hr to 2:30 to leave the dealership which I don't complain about that. Everything started right here with this dealership, We noticed that one of the rims has some scratches and they told me that they will take care it. They was not able to find the first key to this car and they also said we will order you new key and we will call you to come pick it up. There was digital key was missing and also no key chain from dealership. They promised me to take care of those and they will call me to come pick those up which is driving all the way from Irvine to Ontario which is around 50 miles each way and plus gas. Also when I got the car they forgot to put the gas and I was too tired to come back to the dealership to take care of that since there were closed at 9:30 PM. So I got my car on December 30, 2019, and I waited and waited and waited for 6 days 7 days and not body called so I called the dealership 2 times to see when they want to take of the problems and finally on January 10th they called me and they gave me a time to take my car to get those issues fixed. On January 16th, 2020 I took my car to the dealership. I visit the service advisor "Pamela Allen", She said your new key is here and it takes 2 hours to reprogram it to your car and take care of your rims. She gave me the key chain and brand new digital key. After a couple hours they called me and I picked up my car on the same day but I got my car I see that the first key that I got is damaged and has a lot of scratches. It is like somebody through this key to the ground like 100 times. This is not the car that I got from BMW and I know this is not a brand new key that they gave me. I contacted internet sale team via text and I explained everything for the key and the person says "we do not order brand new key for the BMW courtesy vehicles". Again I explained everything over the text that you guys promised me to give me a new key on the night that I got the car and also on my service paper it shows that you guys reprogram the key so that means this key is for a different car and I am just using it. the person in the text said " I will call you in the morning" and I said ok. I waited and waited and waited again for somebody to call me in the morning and no luck. Finally somebody called me at 5:54 P on January 19, 2020 which was just 6 minutes until their closing time. They left me a voicemail and I called them no one picked up and I left voicemail and next day somebody called me I am not sure who was it but there was a guy from internet sales department. He started telling me the same thing and I explain everything. I told me so this is my luck that I got this key? and he said "yes it is" and then I said ok thanks bye and he was like bye. what a great customer service right? so you are not going to even say sorry or say anything to make me feel better? really? I have trained so many people in sales and management in the past 15 years and I know good customer service and bad customer service. These guys when they need you they call you but when they are done with the sales they don't even care. Look at the conversation that we had? first person gave me the pricing and after that he says leave it or take it and this guy is saying yes it is your luck. This is a BMW 2019 X5 which is 63k, and I have a key that has a lot of scratches and damaged. I can even show off my car key because everyone is going to think I am clumsy. Worst Experience!!!! More
