Later I drifeted to Lexus and was very satisfied, until I went with my son to look at a BMW 5 series and was blown away with the the professionalism of the staff at BMW of Owings Mills. The BMW 5 series felt like home! I was on the back seat on purpose and it felt so comfortable. It is a very powerful machine, we went in to look at a 535 X for my son, and thanks to the excellent work of Angel Casas our sales rep and Keny the sales manager, we not only got my son his 535 X, but I also traded my 2014 Lexus ES 350 on the same day! I did a European Delivery which Kenny and Angel organized. Everything was smooth as silk and I was able to do a week of driving in Bavaria. Kenny and Angel provided great communication and treated me like a VIP through the whole process. On delivery day at the dealer, the team seemed just as excited as I was about my new car. Again, a very smooth and painless process. I really can't praise the dealership enough. After dealing with others in the Washington DC area, I still drive an hour from my house to deal with Northwest BMW. They are that good and are worth it.
