As I was purchasing my leased vehicle, I had many questions since this was my first time purchasing a car in this manner. Every question was answered and every phone call was returned. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous, honest and forthright. Although my purchase was small compared to the cost of a new vehicle sale, I cannot imagine how the treatment I received could have been any better. When i first leased the car, I took delivery at the BMW Performance Center. Awesome experience. The guys at Northwest were extremely helpful and positive about the process, unlike a nearby dealership that discouraged what turned out to be an experience of a lifetime. Although there are dealerships closer to me, when I purchase a new BMW, it will be with Northwest. More

I sat down with my sales person and discussed with him where I was financially and what type of car I wanted to be in and he made the deal make sense to me. This is in turn lowered my level of anxieties of purchasing a new car and being comfortable with my payment. They worked to get every incentive that i could earn, so much so, that they got a better interest rate after I had left the dealership with my new car and they called me to come back in order for me to take advantage of the lower rate! If that's not AWESOME than I don't know what is. More
