It is easy for us to give highest marks to Ken, George and the support staff at NW BMW. This is the third vehicle in the past 16 months that a member of my family has purchased from Ken at Northwest. Ken and the support staff at NW BMW. This is the third vehicle in the past 16 months that a member of my family has purchased from Ken at Northwest. Ken is terrific, and so is George, his manager. Our trade and purchase process was fair, congenial, and low stress. During each transaction, the atmosphere was professional, yet personal. Our discussions of trade value and new vehicle costs were reasonable and forthright. Our perspectives and opinions were valued. WE appreciated the personal attention that we received. Our most recent vehicle purchase was my 20th as the primary or co-buyer. In all, my wife and I have owned seven different brands of vehicles. Three of the four BMW's that we have owned have been purchased at NW, through Ken Hobbs. Our trade and purchase experiences with Ken and NW have been superior to any prior experiences with any manufacturers.
