We’ve purchased many cars over the years from various dealerships, but this was by far the smoothest, most seamless, and enjoyable experience we’ve ever had. I hated it. I wasn't updated in a timely way, and this was the second time it is happening. The service person is unfriendly, doesn't give updates and the way he I wasn't updated in a timely way, and this was the second time it is happening. The service person is unfriendly, doesn't give updates and the way he acts it's like I owe him something like come on and worse i got charged almost $300 for a diagnosis that I should never have to pay for if things were handled properly. I am never coming back or recommending this dealership because they have confirmed why everyone calls dealerships- stealerships. More
