The process of purchasing a vehicle, to me, is horrible. It costs a lot of money, it is an asset- or lack thereof- that has monumental and sharp depreciation, and is typically very stressful. Purchasing a vehicle from Tyrone challenged that perception. He was matter of fact, honest, and realistic- the opposite of a typical salesmen. I left the showroom on Tuesday feeling that I had made the best out of my situation, Tyrone and I created a fare and mutually beneficial deal, and finally, I don’t have any financial remorse. I sent in a request for service through the website and never heard back. I called them on the day of my supposed appointment and was told I was not in the system. I scheduled a new service. When I arrived after 45 minutes of traffic, I was told they gave away my loaner car and they would have to reschedule. I asked to see a manager and they left me sitting there for 5 minutes. I left and never went back. I was planning on this dealer being my BMW dealer for life, but now, I'm thinking of switching over to Audi. More
I hate shopping for cars and I dread the process I have normamlly gone through at other dealerships. They found me the car I wanted within the prce range I wanted to be in and got me out of there in a very short period of time. No surprises, hidden fees, no trying to sell me extra stuff, the finance process was painless. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and it never did. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. On top of that I am really enjoying the car. More

I originally bought my BMW through NW. They gave me by far the best price. Even though I live in VA, I still come back here for service. They always give me a service loaner. I can get appointments pretty far the best price. Even though I live in VA, I still come back here for service. They always give me a service loaner. I can get appointments pretty quickly. All the staff are polite and professional. Checkin is very fast. You don't have to wait while someone gets around to taking your car. They stay with the repairs until they are done. They are clear about the time to make them. There isn't a single DC that matches the performance of NW. The closest dealer to me takes forever to give you a service appointment if you didn't buy the car from them. It's a hassle for me to come around the DC beltway and get over to Baltimore, but it's worth the inconvenience to have my car serviced where I bought it. More
