Karen Andersen was excellent during the initial stages of my car purchase. She was communicative, professional, and made the entire process smooth and seamless. I felt well-informed and supported as I naviga my car purchase. She was communicative, professional, and made the entire process smooth and seamless. I felt well-informed and supported as I navigated the details of buying my car. However, the experience took a significant turn once the purchase was finalized. After the sale, it became nearly impossible to reach Karen. My calls went unanswered, and any follow-up support I needed was completely neglected. It felt like her attentiveness disappeared the moment the deal was closed, leaving me feeling abandoned. To make matters worse, I discovered that the car I purchased had a cracked tail light—a flaw that was barely noticeable when I inspected it on a rainy evening at 6 p.m. I repeatedly called Karen to address the issue, but every time she assured me she would call back, I never heard from her. This lack of follow-through was incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, this experience leads me to believe that the dealership’s management does not prioritize customer care once the sale is completed. It seems their focus is only on closing deals, not on building long-term trust or providing post-sale support. If you value honest, dependable service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are many dealerships that offer excellent customer care beyond the point of sale. In short, avoid this place—it’s just not worth the hassle. More
