I looked online and inquired about a vehicle. Not only was Mr. Eric very fast with getting to me and scheduling a test drive, he was also flexible and patient. I immediately felt like FAMILY! My credit was challenging but Eric was friendly, understanding, and he worked with me until I was driving off the lot in my new car. From start to finish he was right there!
