Superb! It is with deep gratitude towards Eric Lowery that I present this stellar review of him and the folks at Northwest BMW. I visited Northwest BMW and E It is with deep gratitude towards Eric Lowery that I present this stellar review of him and the folks at Northwest BMW. I visited Northwest BMW and Eric was quick to provide me with assistance and answer any questions I had. I had seen the BMW i8 online but only wanted to get a close up view of it and to sit in it. Eric brought the keys to me and as I was looking over the car, I had some mechanical questions. Eric immediately reached out to the service department to get the most accurate answers for me. I liked the car but decided to shop around due to the price. Eric provided me with some information about this high-tech car that helped me when I went to other dealerships. Each time I visited dealerships as far as 4 hours away, in 3 different states, I'd still come back to look over that beautiful i8 at Northwest, and Eric was there to listen to my experiences. He advised me to look at specific things on these cars, and encouraged me to ask the right questions of these competing dealers. He was helping me choose the right car for me, even if it wasn't the one he had for sale. In all, I took two days of vacation to travel to bordering states, just to walk around and drive i8's that were in worse shape, and interacting with some sales folks that didn't show me the same care and concern that Eric did. A month after sitting in that i8 at Northwest BMW, I stopped by the dealership without an appointment just like the previous three visits, and Eric was there to greet me with a handshake and a smile. Eric worked hard to finalize the deal and to get me on the road that same day. I've bought a lot of cars since I started driving 29 years ago, but this was the best buying experience I've had.
