Ask for Karen Anderson!!! I contacted Mrs Karen about a Certified 2016 BMW 640i Grand Coupe they had in their inventory. The description stated it was Alpine White M sport wit I contacted Mrs Karen about a Certified 2016 BMW 640i Grand Coupe they had in their inventory. The description stated it was Alpine White M sport with red leather interior. Mrs Karen explained they had just gotten the car in and would send over pictures for me to check it out. The picutres came right away and everything she explained was 100% accurate. I was so in love with the car that my wife and I hopped in the car and drive 63 miles to see for ourselves. It was everything I thought it was and more, Mrs Karen and her team offered me a deal I could not refuse! Happy to say I now own my dream car all thanks to the great people at Norhtwest BMW! Did I mention they threw in a couple goodies for my wife and I as well? If you are looking for a great quality vehicle and want to be treated like family I recommend heading over to Northwest BMW and ask for Mrs Karen. Big shoutout to Frank as well! He made sure all the numbers he was calculating made sense and stopped to answer any questions my wife or I had. We have every intention to do business with them again. More

OH MY GOD!!!! I have always had apprehension about car dealers but this dealership and especially Russel put me at ease. Russell worked with my husband for days to I have always had apprehension about car dealers but this dealership and especially Russel put me at ease. Russell worked with my husband for days to find the right car for me. By the time I arrived at the dealership Russell knew what I wanted and was able to deliver it in spades. I just arrived back home from the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. And I got the best deal on exactly what I wanted, they are so good at this dealership I had to stop myself from hugging s car salesman. IMAGINE IT!
