The salesperson, Teah Wedlock, was the absolute best. She and Tyrone Green enabled the deal, then as I was out-of-state, kept in communications with me throughout the process. On the day of delivery, Teah was there to shepherd me through the process. Frank in Finance was terrific in closing the deal. Afterwards, David the genius did a magnificent job of showing me the key features and functions of the car. Best car buying experience ever! More

Great service at Northwest BMW I brought 2016 X6 from Northwest BMW, l took home a week later there was a problem with the air conditioner, l took it back to the dealership and they I brought 2016 X6 from Northwest BMW, l took home a week later there was a problem with the air conditioner, l took it back to the dealership and they attended to me quickly. The problem was fixed within one week.They fix it by installing a new air conditioner for me and for that l am very happy. More

Easiest buying experience ever!! Buying our X5 2018 was on the easiest buying experience ever. We had been reaching for an X5 for about 2 months when we came across Northwest. Teah Wedlock was absolutely amazing to work with, very professional, outstanding customer service . She made the buying process so easy and simple. Finance paper work was done prior to our arrival which was a plus for us since we are 2 hours away from the dealership. Everyone was waiting for us when we got the there. The car had a pretty red bow. It was just beautiful. Frank Deblasi the financing manager gave us a very competitive rate, took his time explaining everything to us, dealing with him was the finishing touch to make our experience top notch.
