Recently, I came across a listing at Northwest BMW, and as soon as I walked into the dealership, there was Karen, eager and ready to help. Karen made the car buying process very personal and made sure that we felt comfortable every step of the way. The entire BMW team was very welcoming and attentive to our needs, but Karen added that personal touch. She even went as far as to snap some photos of the new car with one of those massive red bows, despite is being 11pm. We will be back when it’s time to get our M3. More

Here is what I really liked when I was asking questions and looking at price.....Kessai said, “before we go further let’s see if your wife even likes the car after driving it. We want to make sure it is right for her.” He was not fixated in just making a sale, but rather on making sure my wife got the right car. Good stuff!! More
