I had her undivided attention. I was really overwhelmed by the magnitude of the options and the gravity of a decision to purchase a luxury vehicle. Karen is a seasoned client advisor who knew how to advise and support me while delivering an amazing BMW buying experience for me. Other staff I encountered was welcoming and pleasant. The managers and finance manager were also pleasant and helpful. Another employee, David Brown, is outstanding and so personable as well. It was his job to explain the features and help me navigate handling the new technology in my loaner BMW. He made me feel so comfortable. He is also a 5 star employee!!! It was a very long day there, but they all made me feel very comfortable. Additionally, the BMW experience offers amazing perks!!!! I would dfeinitely recommend Karen to my friends and family. More

Her along with Tyrone Greene and Robert Harris made the sale of my 2013 BMW 528xi xdrive so smooth and easy. I walked in around 1150hrs on July 4th, and was out the door with a detailed vehicle and keys by 1345 hours.
