He also made a follow up call to me to see if I had changed my mind because I didn't take a test drive that day and to remind me of the 2016 warranty. I purchased the car of my dreams and though I am new to the BMW Family, the staff is very friendly with a "feels like home vibe" and the service appears impeccable! More

Worst experience and lack of professionalism Bought a car from this dealer and had them ship it. On the phone they were very accommodating and wanted to do anything to earn the sale. As soon as they received money for deal they forgot how to deal with a customer!!! Lied to about when car was to be shipped and when the car finally came was damaged!!! Went and had it appraised for damage and damage is over $2500!!! Have called, emailed and texted salesperson and management and have been ignored!!! If this is the way they do business watch out and buy from someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!! To rate them with one star is actually giving them too much credit but won't post if you don't give at least one star More
