Bad experience I always wanted a Bmw but the experience I received was not good at this dealership.I found a car that I liked but after 3 days of driving the vehicle I always wanted a Bmw but the experience I received was not good at this dealership.I found a car that I liked but after 3 days of driving the vehicle I noticed the visor mirror was shattered,so I notified the salesman Dunneille Anderson who said they would not fix it because I should have noticed it before I bought it.I explained to him that who checks to see if the mirror is shattered in the visor when buying a car.Like I told him I didn't by Chevy or a cheaper made car I bought the ultimate driving machine, so I expected a better experience from this dealership.I didn't expect to start off with this bad experience especially since I waited 16 years to save & build my credit to a 750 credit score to buy a Bmw & this is how you treat a good client.I would never refer this dealership to anyone.Bmw is a great car I just expected great professionalism as well.. Lousy second experience I bought 3 cars from this dealer in past 6 months. 2 X5 vehicles and one 320xi sedan. My first experience was great and I left positive feedback. Unfortunately, I cannot leave the same review again after coming back 2 more times. John Kim is absolutely arrogant and a flat out liar. He never showed interest to make a sale, sounded like a jerk in emails and if I asked something he didn't like he offered money back and got very defensive. He's the reason I will not be back or refer anyone back to buy a new car from here. Told me and my mom that would give her floor mats with purchases of x5 and after my parents were there to take delivery he told them that he never said that which was a flat out lie. I emailed him about it and he never responded the guy is truly worthless . Despite the fact that I pretty much sold my parents the car myself without him even saying a word I never even got as much of a thank you for your business email or call. Nic Brown is outstanding and I would recommend dealing with him only. Unfortunately John kim works at Northwest and represents them so I cannot leave him a good review if he doesn't deserve it. Not mention the fact that the original car we ordered was hit by dealership driver on there a lot day of the delivery. Terrible More
