After we test drove the vehicle, we decided to buy and after preliminary paperwork, we headed over to manage the financing with Frank. Frank took excellent care of us and explained everything we needed to do while being friendly and enjoyable the whole time. Once the car was ours, Eric was still waiting for us to help transfer our things and get the temporary tags installed. We had visited three other dealerships and spent some time test driving their cars before we came to BMW (which was not even on my radar) and Venol was the only one to send a follow-up email quickly. I received an email from Venol only 10 minutes after we left, it took Audi 8 days. The customer service then and over the past year has been great, everyone has been polite, helpful, and efficient. I've had to come in on surprise visits (after a flat tire) and was instantly provided with a courtesy vehicle--in and out in under 6 minutes! Fantastic! More
